However, colors may appear differently depending on the screen or device used to view them.

Some BASI products contain natural, traditionally prepared, or handcrafted materials. Reasonable variations in color, shape, texture, scent intensity, or appearance may therefore occur between individual products or batches. These natural variations do not by themselves constitute a product defect.

Packaging may occasionally be updated or differ slightly from photographs shown on the website, provided that the product supplied remains materially consistent with its description.

Fragrance perception is subjective. Descriptions such as woody, warm, musky, sweet, rich, or similar scent descriptions are intended to help customers understand the fragrance profile and do not guarantee that every individual will perceive a scent in exactly the same way.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit quantities of products before an order is accepted.

Nothing in this section affects your rights where a product is defective, unsafe, incorrectly supplied, or materially different from its description.

BASI products must be used only for their intended purpose and in accordance with any instructions, warnings, or safety information supplied with the relevant product.

Bakhoor, fragrance materials, woods, resins, and related ingredients are not intended for human consumption.

Not all BASI products are suitable for use on hair or clothing. Only use a product for scenting hair, clothing, or other personal items where the relevant BASI product description or instructions expressly state that such use is suitable.

Products intended to be heated must be handled carefully.

Never leave a heated burner or product unattended during use. Keep heated products and electrical devices away from children, pets, water, flammable materials, and surfaces that may be damaged by heat.

Allow heated components to cool before handling, cleaning, or storing them.

Where BASI supplies an electric burner or accessory, customers must follow the operating and safety instructions provided with the device.

For international orders, customers should check the stated voltage, plug type, and electrical compatibility of electrical products before use.

Do not modify, dismantle, or attempt unauthorized repairs to electrical products.

If you experience unexpected irritation or discomfort when using a fragrance product, discontinue use.

BASI products are fragrance and lifestyle products unless expressly stated otherwise. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

Nothing in this section removes BASI's responsibility for a defective or unsafe product where liability cannot legally be excluded.

SECTION 6 - SHIPPING AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

BASI may offer domestic and international shipping to destinations shown as available during checkout.

Estimated delivery times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, public holidays, governmental action, or other logistical disruptions.

BASI does not guarantee a particular subjective fragrance experience, scent intensity, or longevity, as these may vary depending on individual perception, environment, and method of use.
